Privacy policy

This site is a portfolio. There are no accounts, no logins and nothing to buy. The only personal information involved is what you choose to send me through the contact form or by email.

What the form collects

The contact form on this site asks for your first and last name, work email, country, phone number (optional), the kind of work you need, and how you heard about me. Nothing else is requested, and there is no account to create. Those answers are placed into an email draft for you to send from your own mail application.

02

How it is used

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only use. I do not add you to a mailing list, send newsletters, or pass your details to anyone else, and there is no advertising or profiling on this site.

03

Where it is stored

There is no server, database or form service behind this site. Pressing Submit opens a draft in your own email application with your answers filled in — nothing is transmitted until you send that message yourself, and you are free to edit or discard it first. Once sent, it sits in my email inbox like any other message you might write me.

04

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the correspondence is kept for the length of that project and for up to six years afterwards, to meet accounting and record-keeping obligations. You can ask me to delete your details sooner at any time.

05

Analytics and cookies

None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts, scripts and images are all served from this domain, so visiting the site does not report your visit to anyone else.

06

Your rights

You can ask what details of yours I hold, ask me to correct them, ask me to delete them, or object to my holding them at all. If you are in the UK or EU, those rights come from the UK GDPR and the GDPR, and also include the right to a copy of your data and the right to complain to your national data protection authority. Email me and I will act on any such request within thirty days.

07

Getting in touch

Questions about any of the above go to the same address as everything else.
